Being a by-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement between the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering and Central
Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
WriEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
is constructing an addition to the Bay Road Sewage
Treatment Plant, and
WHEREAS the Corporation has entered into an agreement
with Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation for a loan
to finance the said project, and
WHEREAS the loan agreement has been approved by Central
Mortgage and Housing Corporation in the amount of
$383,333.00, loan #53W-STP-1.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Deputy Reeve, George
Ashe and Clerk of the Township of Pickering be authorized
to execute on behalf of the Municipality the said
agreement.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed in
open Council this day of 62" 6? 1972.
