Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement.
WHEREAS the Council by Resolution #226/72 accepted
the tender submitted by Hadovic Construction Limited
for the supply and installation of pumped sewage
system for the West Rouge Canoe Club in the amount of
$18,502.00 plus the amount of $1,500.00 be added to
the budget for work as a contingency allowance.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute said agreement.
By-Law read a First, Second and Third Time and
Passed in open Council this day of 1972.
