Being a by-law of the Township
of Pickering to confirm By-law
#4178/72 superseding all previous
by-laws and resolutions affecting
the responsibilities of the
Township
BE IT ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering that By-law #4178, a by-law
to define and determine the duties and responsibilities
of the Township Manager supersedes any and all previous
by-laws and resolutions which may be in existence and
are in conflict and/or contradiction of the above-
mentioned by-law.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed
this ? day of T, 4 , 1972.
