BY-LAW NUMBER
A by-law to authorize the signing of
an agreement between the Township of
Pickering and Golden Boy Investment
Corporation Limited.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering and
Golden Boy Investment Corporation Limited are desirous
of co-operating in the construction of watermains and
sanitary sewers in public lands to the limit of lands
owned by Golden Boy Investment Corporation Limited;
AND WHEREAS the Township has agreed to install said
watermains and sewers upon terms and conditions as set
out in an agreement dated June 26th, 1972, between the
Township of Pickering and Golden Boy Investment
Corporation Limited;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute said agreement.
BY-LAW read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
this day of 1972.
