Being a By-law to amend By-law
Number 4188/72.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering deems it desirable to amend the provisions of
By-law 4188/72 pursuant to the provisions of The PlLnning
Act, R.S.O. 1970 Section 35, as amended:
WHEREAS the Committee of A?Justment of the Corporation of
the Township of Pickering have granted consents in the area
prior to the date of the passing of By-law 4188/72, now
therefore the Council of the Township of Pickering
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
A. TEXT AMENDMENTS
1. That Section 6.2.2 be and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto after the words "zone designation" the
following:
With the exception of Part Lot 15 and Ftrt Lot
16. Plan 372 more particularly shown on
Schedule "A" affixed hereto and forming
part of this by-law.
B That By-law 4188/72 be and the same is hereby amended only
to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions
of this By-law.
C. No part of this by-law shall come into force without tht
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject
to such approval, By-law shall take effect from the
day of passing thereof.
