Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of a Site Plan Agreement
dated the 16th day of May, 1972,
between the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and Koi-Toi
Investments Limited.
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Site Plan Agreement dated the 16th day of May,
1972, between the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Koi-Toi Investments Limited.
By-law read a first, second and third time and Passed in
open Council this 5th day of June, 1972.
