THE CORPORATION OF TnE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ,
BY-LAW NUMBER a!c 71.
Being a by-law to authorize the •
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Ernesto Mattacchione
and Luigi Polsinelli.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATIOA OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement to permit the construction of a
building on a property where a dwelling already
exists, said agreement to cover demolition of original
building within 90 days from occupancy of new
structure (Part Lot 18, Concession 2), made between
the Corporation of the Township of Pickering and
Ernesto Mattacchione and Luigi Polsinelli, dated 4
May 19, 1972.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this Sth day of June, 1972.
