THE.-CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND By-lavr # 4166/72 amending Restricted
Area By-law 3036 as amended.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering deems it desirable to further amend the provisions
of By-law 4166/72.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS_
A. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENTS
1. That Schedule "A" of By-law 4166/72
is hereby amended by deleting Items
by altering Item 11 to conform with
attached hereto.
B. That By-law 4166/72 be and the same
only to the extent necessary to give
provisions of this By-lacy.

C. No part of this by-law shall come into force without
the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject
to such approval, the by-law shall take effect from the
