A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to retain the
services of an Architect for the
purpose of designing a club house
and storage facilities for the West
Rouge Canoe Club, and to authorize
the Reeve and Clerk to negotiate an
agreement.
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Pickering
deems it necessary that a West Rouge Club House be erected
in the Ferguson Beach area of the West Rouge, of the Township
of Pickering, and
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Pickering
has selected an architect for this project,
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT William Beddall, Architect be retained to
design the new West Rouge Canoe Club, and act
as Project manager.
2. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to negotiate
the agreement between the Township and the
Architect.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in
open Council this a'C?day of ?A?,? 1972.
