A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint a
Township Manager.
WHEREAS P.S.C. 1970 C 284, Section 352, Sub-
Section 63 authorizes the appointment of certain officers
for the purpose of the Corporation;
AID 67HFPFAS By-law dumber 4178/72 established
the position of Township Manager and authorized the appoint-
ing of a person to the position.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal. Council
of the Township of Pickering that:
1. Charles I, Shelley and he is hereby
appointed Township Manager for the Township
of Pi.ckerinc and shall commence his duties
,Tune. Lst 1972.
2. The duties of the said Township Manager shall
be those as defineu in Env-law 4179/72.
