BY-LAW NUMBER 2
Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
Dalmeco Developments Limited and
the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering.
WHEREAS the Council by Resolution #153172 have adopted the
draft form of agreement as prepared by the Township
Solicitor for a plan of subdivision located on Part Lot
26, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, consisting of
46 lots;
BE IT ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
execute an agreement between Dalmeco Developments Limited
and the Corporation of the Township of Pickering for
said plan of subdivision.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed
