BY-LAW NUMBER'
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Providence Holdings
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the sale of one acre of land to Henning 0.
Halvorsen, and Alan Stagg, trading under the firm
name and style of Providence Holdings be authorized.
2. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement made between the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and Providence Holdings
dated March 20, 1972.
By-Law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this 1st day of May , 1972.
