Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between the
Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and Remis Garage Limited.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE T0W14SHIP OF PICKERING
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the sale of one and a half acres of land to
Remis Garage (Michael De Prisco) be authorized.
2. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement made between the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and Remis Garage Limited
dated March 20, 1972.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this 1st day of May, 1972.
