BY-LAW NUMBER _47.2
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of a lease agreement between
the Metropolitan Toronto and Region
Conservation Authority and the
Township of Pickering.
WHEREAS the Authority has acquired flood plain and Conserva-
tion lands, being part of Lot 29, Range 3, Broken Front
Concession and part of the Road allowance between Range 2,
Broken Front Concession and Range 3, Broken Front Concession,
in the Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario and
Province of Ontario and comprised of approximately 11.042
acres;
AND WHEREAS Pickering Township is desirous of using certain
lands west of Moores Road;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute an agreement dated April 17, 1972,
leasing a portion of the said lands for the purposes of an
athletic field.
By-Law read a first, second and third time and PASSED IN
open Council this 17 `? day of 1972.
