BY-LAW NUMBER
A by-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Committee of Adjustment.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Pickering that:

The Committee of Adjustment shall consist of five
(5) members appointed at large.
The following member is hereby appointed as a
member for the period indicated:
to January 1, 1975
The following shall continue as members for the periods
indicated:
A. D. Holmes
E. G. Allman
H. Van Der Driesschen
David Hawthorne
to January 1, 1975.
to January 1, 1974.
to January 1, 1974.
to January 1, 1973.
The members shall hold office until replaced by another
by-law.
The members shall be paid $19.00 per diem, plus 15t
per mile necessarily travelled in this capacity.
By-Law 4116/72 be and the same is hereby repealed
insofar as it affects this by-law.
This By-law shall become effective on date of passing.
