BY-LAW NUMBER 2
Being a by-law to authorize the
Reeve and Clerk to execute an
agreement between the Ontario County
Board of Education and the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering.
WHEREAS the Township of Pickering is constructing a Day Care
Centre on Part Block AZ, Plan M-16;
AND WHEREAS temporary access to the Day Care Centre is
required and will be over Ontario County School Board
lands;
AND WHEREAS an agreement has been reached for the temporary
use of School Board lands;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute said agreement dated April 1, 1972.
