BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to authorize the Reeve
and Clerk to sign an agreement between
Gar-Jon Construction Limited and the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering.
BE IT ENACTED THAT the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign an agreement between Gar-Jon Construction Limited
and the Corporation of the Township of Pickering, dated
March 30, 1972, for the construction of a 45 Place Day Care
Centre, in the Township of Pickering, West of Liverpool
Road and North of Radom Street.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed this
4' day of 1972.
