BY-LAW NUMBER 0( /72
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND RESTRICTED AREA BY-LAW 3036,
as amended;
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering deems it desirable to further amend the provisions
of By-law 3036.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
A. SCHEDULE "A" A14ENDMENTS
1. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3036 be and the same
is hereby amended by altering the Storage and Light
Manufacturing Zone "M1" designation in Part Lot
20 Concession 1 to read Storage and Light Manufacturing
Holding Zone "(H)MI" as shown as Item 1 on Schedule
"A" attached hereto.
2. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3036 be and the same is
hereby amended by altering the Highway Commercial
Zone "C3" in Part Lot 21 Concession 1 to read Highway
Commercial Holding Zone "(H)C3", as shown as item 2
on Schedule "A" attached hereto.
3. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3036 be and the same
is hereby amended by altering the Storage and Light
Manufacturing Zone "M1" in part Lot:21 Concession 1
to read Storage and Light Manufacturing Holding Zone
"(H)MI" as shown as item 3 on Schedule "A" attached
hereto.
4. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3036 be and the sane is
hereby amended by altering the General Commercial Zone
"C2" north of Highway M2 in Part Lot 22 Concession 1
to read General Commercial Holding Zone "(H)C2"
as shown as item 4 on Schedule "A" attached hereto.
5. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3036 be and the same is
hereby amended by altering, the Storage and Light
Manufacturing Zone "M1" in Part lot 21 and 22 Concession
1 to read Storage and Light Manufacturing Holding
Zone "(H)M1" as shown as Item 5 on Schedule "A"
attached hereto.
6. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3036 be and the same
is hereby amended by altering the easterly Local
Commercial Zone "Cl" in Part Lot 23 Concession 1
to read Local Commercial Holding Zone "(H)C1" as
shown as item 6 on Schedule "A" attached-'hereto.
7. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3036 be and the same is
hereby amended by altering the westerly Local Commercial
Zone "Cl" in Part Lot 23 Concession 1 to read Local
Commercial Holding Zone "(H)C111. as shown as Item
7 on Schedule "A" attached hereto.
8. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3036 be and the same
is hereby amended by altering, the Highway Commercial
None "C3" in Part Lot 23 Concession°l to read:Highway
Commercial Holding Zone "(H)C3" as shown as Item 8
on Schedule "A" attached hereto.
9. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3036 be and the same is
hereby amended by altering the One Family Detached Dwelling
Third Density Zone "R3" in Lot 23 and Lot 24 Concession 1
to One Family Detached Dwellinr Third Density Holding
Zone "(H)R3" as shown as Item 9 on Schedule "A" attached
hereto.

10. Schedule "A" of Bylaw Number 3036 be and the
same is hereby amended by altering the Storage
and Light Manufacturing Zone 11141" in Part
Lot 23 and 24 Concession 1 to read Storage and
Licht Manufacturing Holding Zone "(H)MI" as
shown as Item 10 on Schedule "A" attached hereto.
11. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3036 be and the same
is hereby amended by altering the One Family Detached
Dwelling Third Density Zone "R3" in Lots 20 and
21 Concession 1 to read One±Family Detached Dwelling
Third Density Holding Zone "(H)R3" as shown as
Item 11 on Schedule "A" attached hereto.
12. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3036 be and the same
is hereby amended by altering, the One Family
Detached Dwelling Third Density Zone "R3" in Lot
23, Concession 1 to read One Family Detached
Dwelling Third Density Holding Zone "(H)R3"
as shown as Item 12 on Schedule "A" attarhod
hereto.
$. That By-law 3036 be and the same is hereby amended only
to the extent necessary to give effect to the
provisions of this Rv-law.
c. No part of this By-law shall come into force without
the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but
subject to such approval, the By-law shall take effect
from the day of passing thereof.
