This ihibition shall not apply to prevent imitation of th fireworks being displayed provided there is no plosive or chemical contained in such imitations. person shall fire or set off or cause to be fired set off any fire ball, squib, crackers or fireworks eny kind whatsoever within the limits of the "iship of Pickering except on the days set by tute for the observation of Victoria Day and/or Lnion Day and then only if on his or her own property. Tided if specially authorized by a permit issued :he Fire Chief of the said Township of Pickering person may fire or set off fireworks in other es or on other days. Any person who contravenes any provisions of this By-law shall, upon conviction, be liable to a penalty not exceeding $300.00 recoverable under the Summary Convictions Act, all provisions of which shall apply except that imprisonment may be for a term of not more than twenty-one days. 9. By-Law Number 3491 be and the same is hereby repealed. 10. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the 'to day of ?!Y 9y , 1972.
