Being a by-law to authorize the Reeve
and Clerk to execute a lease agreement
for the Rouge Hills Golf and Country
Club
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
intends to utilize the Rouge Hills Golf and Country
Club for purposes of a community hall and recreation
centre;
AND WHEREAS the said property is owned by Sarick Homes
(Ontario) Limited, Samuel Sarick Limited and Company,
Nordel Development Limited and Jodin Developments
Limited;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute a lease agreement between the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering and the owners.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this 21st day of-Elaaruary, 1972.
