BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to authorize the
Reeve and Clerk to execute an
agreement between the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering and
Comsa Holdings Limited.
WHEREAS the Township owns and operates The Don Beer Ice
Arena:
AND WHEREAS Comsa Holdings Limited wish to pay for the
use of the said arena for the purpose of operating a
hockey school;
AND WHEREAS the Council have agreed to enter into an
agreement with Comsa Holdings Limited for the use of
the arena at specific times as set out in the agreement;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to execute the said agreement.
