Being a By-law to amend By-law Number 2511 as amended
WHEREAS THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering deems it desirable to amend the provisions of
By-law 2511 as amended, pursuant to the provisions of The
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1970, Section 35, as amended.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering enacts as follows:
A. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENTS
1. Schedule "A" of By-law 2511 be and the same Is hereby
amended by altering the Storage and Light Manufacturing
Zone "M1" in Part of Lot 19 Range 3 to read Storage
and Light Manufacturing Holding Zone "(H)MI" ea shown
as Item 1 on Schedule "A" attached hereto.
B. That By-law 2511 be and the same is hereby amended only to
the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions Y
of this by-law.
C. No part of this by-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Baord, but subject to
such approval the By-law shall take effect from the date
of passing thereof.
