Being a By-law to amend By-law 3037 as amended
HEREAS THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
eems it desirable to amend the provisions of By-law 3037 as amended,
ursuant to the provisions of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1970, Section
5, as amended.
OW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
'ickering enacts as follows:
SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENTS
1. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3037 be and the same is hereby
amended by altering the Agricultural Zone "A" in Part of Lot
28 Concession 3 to read Agiicultural Holding Zone "(H)A" as
shown as Item la and lb on Schedule "Ai" attached hereto.
2. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3037 be and the same is
hereby amended by altering the Agricultural Zone "A" in
Part of Lot 5 Concession 8 to read Agricultural Holding Zone
"(H)A" as shown as Item 2 on Schedule "A2" attached hereto.
3. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3037 be and the same is hereby
amended by altering the Agricultural Zone "A" in Part of Lot
23 Concession 8 to read Agricultural Holding Zone "(H)A" as
shown as Item 3 on Schedule "A3" attached hereto.
4. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3037 be and the same is hereby
amended by altering the Agricultural Zone "A" in Lots
15 and 16 Concession 8 to read Agricultural Holding Zone
"(H)A" as shown as Item 4 on Schedule "A4" attached hereto.
5. Schedule "A" of By-law Number 3037 be and the same is hereby
amended by altering the Agricultural Zone "A" in Lot 27
Concession 7 to read Agricultural Holding Zone "(H)A" as
shown as Item 5 on Schedule "A5" attached hereto.
That By-law 3036 be and the same is hereby amended only to the
extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this by-law.
No part of this by-law shall come in to force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board but subject to
such approval the By-law shall take effect from the date
of passing thereof.
