BY-LAW NUMBER 7L
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering and the Area Recreation
Association, East Woodlands.
WHEREAS there has been organized in the Township an Area
Recreation Association;
AND WHEREAS the Area Recreation Association so formed by
the people of the East Woodlands area shall under the
guidance and with the assistance of the Council augment
the parks and recreation opportunities available to the
citizens of that area;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Reeve and Clerk be
authorized to sign an agreement between the East Woodlands
Community Area Recreation Association and the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed in
open Council this 7 17 day of ff, 1972.
