WRERIIAS the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto were conveyed to The Corporation of the Township of Pickering for road widening purposes to satisfy conditions of the Committee p1 ?? of Adjustment to be fulfilled by John Lajter and Antonina Lajter prior to the granting of a consent to convey abutting lands and it is necessary to dedicate the said lands as a public highway so that the abutting lands will have frontage on a public highway. Nal THEREFORE THE' COUNCIL OF THg CORPORATION OFT112 TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLIX VS: 1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public highway. READ a FIRST, SECGND and THIRD time and passed in open Council this da of day L?? , 1972. SCHEDULE "A" ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Pickexing, in the County of Ontario, and being composed of part of Lot 4, Range 3, in the Broken Front Concession of the said Township, more particularly described as follows: COMMENCIN, at the North West angle of said Lot 4; THE N:E South 16 degrees 25 minutes East in and along the Westerly limit of said Lot a distance of 17 feet to an iron bar, said iron being the place of beginning of the parcel herein being described; THENCE continuing South 16 degrees 25 minutes East a distance of 380 feet to an iron bar; THENCE North 74 degrees East a distance of 10 feet; THENCE North 16 degrees 25 minutes ?lest a distance of 370 feet; THENCE North 74 degrees East a distance of 652.92 feet; THENCE North 16 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 10 feet to an iron bar; THENCE South 74 degrees West a distance of 662.92 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
