BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint three
members to the Court of Revision
WHEREAS Section 1 of The Local Improvement Act is amended
to provide for the establishment of a Court of Revision;
AND WHEREAS a Court of Revision shall consist of three or
five members;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Pickering may appoint
such members and pay such remuneration and expenses as Council
may by by-law provide;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Pickering that the following persons be appointed
to the Court of Revision and be paid the rate of $ 19,00
per diem and 15 _ cents per mile.

Mrs. Ann Brown
Mr. Victor J. Kenney
By-Law #3958/71 be and the same is hereby repealed.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED this
day of? 1972.
