A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Public Library Board, and to repeal
By-law Number 4122/72.
WHEREAS The Public Libraries Act, 1966, under Section 5,
Subsection 2, provides for the appointment of members to
a Public Library Board;
AND WHEREAS By-law 3218 of the Township of Pickering
created a public library for the whole Township;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the following persons shall
comprise the Library Board of the Township of Pickering
and shall serve for the term indicated.

2. The following shall continue as members for the periods
indicated:
Mrs. J. Mooney to December 31, 1972 (Separate School)
Mrs. E. Walcott to December 31, 1972 (Separate School)
By-Law Number 4122/72 be and the same is hereby repealed.
By-Law read a first, second and third time and passed in open
