A by-law to authorize the Reeve and
Clerk to execute the deeds re the
sale of Lot 11, Part of Lots 12 & 13
in Plan 233
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering purchased Lot 11, and Part of Lots 12
and 13, Plan 233 in the East Rouge area for the
purpose of a right-of-way for the future
Lawrence Avenue Extension
AND WHEREAS it was agreed that the said lands as
acquired for the Lawrence Avenue extension would
be sold to the County of Ontario;
AND WHEREAS the County of Ontario has indicated
their willingness to purchase said lands;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Reeve and
Clerk be authorized to execute the deeds selling
said lands to the County of Ontario.
By-law read a first, second and third time and
passed in open council this 7th day of February,
19 71,.
