out fa_ci-Tities nn-1 also to provide for the transfer and rilgnnsal
of the sewage from the pump-out facility.

NOW THFREFORN THI,' CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF

1. Any on rator of a marina. within tb- 'L'os*n.shi_n of

Sevrafe Trea*ment facilities for di snosnl of sevrage transf'o.rred
from tho pump-out facilities to the marina.
2. The operator shall. pay, within 1.0 days of invoicing,
to the Townshin a fee for the use of the Sewa?e Treatment
faeilitiee based on a rate of Ten Dollars ner thousand rzallnns
or part thereof aceeptnd for treatment.
3. The operator shall abide by the direction of the
Township l?hgineer or his rnpresontative at the Sewa?!e Treatment
facility.
The operator shall enter i-ntn any al-reem^nt which mar

t) use tho Semra e Treatment facilities re1_atinE,; not only to the
use of thr Setira-e Treatment facilities but also as to the
opr,ra.tion of the marina in respect to the collection, stora`e
and- transportation of se<<Yaffe.
n,. The Sr,wage Treatment facilities will be made
available betwoen the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 n.m. from
Monday to Friday except fnr Statutory or Declared Holidays.
o. The Township or its representati-ve may accept or
reject for treatment. any sewage or waste at any time and
the Township may prescribe the size, tyre or con,?itinn of the
container required for transportation of tho sewage to the
disposal site from the marina.
