BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-Law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Township of Pickering
Planning Board.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that:

The Planning Board shall consist of seven (7) members,
consisting of two (2) members of Council and five (5)
members appointed at large.
The following are hereby appointed as members for the
periods as indicated:
John R. Wi l i amS Council
D, Kitphen Council
B. Lowe
R. M. Elmer
(Ex-Officio)
to January 1, 1973
to January 1, 1975
to January 1, 1975
The following shall continue as members for the periods
as indicated:
H. Wank to January 1, 1973
D. Binger to January 1, 1974
W. Hussey to January 1, 1974
The members shall hold office until replaced by another
by-law.
The members shall be paid $ 19.00 per diem, plus
15 fi per mile necessarily travelled in this capacity.
6. By-Law 3946/71 be and the same is hereby repealed.
7. This By-law shall be effective January 1, 1972.
Read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open Council
this VIZ day of 1972.
