BY-LAW NUMBER Z
Being a By-law to authorize the Reeve
and Clerk to execute an agreement
between T. W. Beddall, Architect, and
the Township of Pickering.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering is
proposing to construct a 45 place Day Care Centre;
AND WHEREAS the said project has been approved by the
minister of Social and Family Services;
AND WHEREAS by Resolution #5/71, the Council have
retained the services of Mr. T. W. Beddall, Architect,
to design and supervise the construction of a Day Care
Centre;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Reeve and Clerk are
authorized to execute the agreement between T. W.
Beddall, Architect, and the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering.
