A By-law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to appoint a
Poundkeeper and Fenceviewers for the
said Municipality for the year 1972,
and to repeal By-law Number 4050/71.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Corporation of the Township
of Pickering:
1. THAT the following named person be and is hereby
appointed Poundkeeper for the Township of Pickering
for the year 1972.
2. THAT the following named persons be and they are hereby
appointed Fenceviewers of the Township of Pickering for
the year 1972.
Poundkeeper - K. Balsdon
Fenceviewers - Fred Puckrin
Alex Robertson
Paul Wellman
Arthur A. Palk
Harold Mitchell
3. THAT the Poundkeeper and Fenceviewers appointed
heretofore shall continue to hold office as such
respectively after the expiration of the year 1972
until such time as their successors shall have been
appointed in the year 1973.
The fee for each fenceviewing inspection shall be $ gyp.°`'
and Is C per mile for mileage travelled necessarily on
Township business.
By-law Number 4050/71 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open
