A By-law amending By-law Number 55/74
- Prohibiting Heavy Traffic -
P
WHEREAS By-law Number 55/74 prohibits heavy traffic on
certain highways within the Municipality, and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to restrict further highways
from heavy traffic,
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that item 2 of By-law Number 55/74
is amended by the addition of the following:
Highway:
Uxrbidge/Pickering Regional Municipality
Townline of Durham Road # 1
To:
Sideline 10/11
This By-law shall not become effective until approved by
the Regional Municipality of Durham and the Ministry of
Transportation and Communications
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED this
