4:41.CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING By-Law Number ?J S 7? A By-law of the Corporation of Town of Pickering to number the homes and lots in Registered Plans M-997 and M-998 WHEREAS R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, Section 363 (9) authorizes a municipality to pass by-laws to number houses and lots within its bounderies; AND WHEREAS homes are now being constructed on registered plans M-997 and M-998 and it is desirable to assign street numbers to the homes and lots in these plans; BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering that the street numbers shown in Schedule "All attached hereto be designated to the various lots in Plans M-997 and M?998. By-law Number 11174 is hereby repealed. The result was that there were insufficient numbers for the number of units allowed to be built.
