Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Comsa Holdings Limited
and Nicolae Comsa
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute an agreement dated the day of
November, 1974 between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and Comsa Holdings Limited
and Nicolae Comsa with respect to the rental
of the Don Beer Sports Arena for Summer Hockey
School.
By-law read a first, seconL/?rd and third time and PASSED
in open Council this 19k day of November, 1974.
