Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a Letter of Agreement
between the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering and Ontario Hydro
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute a Letter of Agreement dated the 22nd
day of October 1974 between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and Ontario Hydro
with respect to the construction of the
industrial rail spur.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this lit day of November, 1974.
