A By-law amending By-law Number 55/74
- Prohibiting Heavy Traffic -
WHEREAS By-law Number 55/74 prohibits heavy traffic on
certain highways within the Municipality, and
WHEREAS the Ministry of Transportation and Communications
did not approve that portion of Section 2 of By-law Number
55/74 dealing with Valley Farm Road, and
WHEREAS the Ministry of Transportation and Communications
is now prepared to approve the prohibition of heavy traffic
on Valley Farm Road
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that item 2 of By-law 55/74 is
amended by the addition of the following:
Highway From To
Valley Farm Road Finch Avenue Concession 3 Road
This By-law shall not become effective until approved by
the Regional Municipality of Durham and the Ministry of
Transportation and Communications
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED this
