A By-law of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering to appoint
three members to the Court of
Revision
WHEREAS Section 43 (1) of The Local Improvement Act
provides for the establishment of a Court of Revision;
AND WHEREAS it is necessary to appoint a Court of Revision;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Pickering may appoint
such members and pay such remuneration and expenses as Council
may by by-law provide;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Town of Pickering that the following persons be appointed
to the Court of Revision and that they be paid the rate of
$25.00 per diem and 15 cents per mile.

Mrs. Jessie Burgess
