BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to amend By-Law
4407/73.
WHEREAS By-Law 4407/73 which was enacted August 7, 1973,
contains an error in Schedule "A" of said By-Law as a
result of which Lots 93 and 120 are designated as
semi-detached (SD);
AND WHEREAS by the draft plan of subdivision as approved
by the Minister of Treasury, Economics and Intergovernmental
Affairs, said lots are designated as single detached
dwellings (S2);
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY ENACTED that the map attached
hereto and forming part of this by-law replace and stand
in the place and stead of Schedule "A" to By-Law 4407/73.
By-Law 4407/73 is amended only to the extent necessary
to give effect to the provisions of this by-law.
By-Law read a First, Second and Third ime and PASSED
in open Council this IL day of 1974.
