Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of an Agreement between
Lookout Point Developments Limited
and the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering.
The Council of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering be authorized to execute an
agreement dated August 2, 1974, between Lookout Point
Developments Limited and the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering, being an amending agreement to the
Lookout Point Subdivision Agreement with respect to
future development of Block "B".
By-law read a first, second and th}rd time and PASSED
