Being a by-law to authorize
the execution of a release
between the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering and
Gordon W. Taylor and Thelma
R. Taylor.
THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering be authorized to execute the
release dated September 4, 1974, between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Gordon W. Taylor and Thelma R. Taylor.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
