Being a by-law to authorize
the execution of an agreement
between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and The Pickering
Panthers Junior Hockey Inc.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOW:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute an
agreement dated the day of August, 1974, between
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and The
Pickering Panthers Junior Hockey Inc., with respect
to the ice rental at the Don Beer Sports Arena for
the 1974 - 1975 Hockey Season.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in
open Council this 41 day of August, 1974.
