Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an Agreement between
Bramalea Consolidated Developments
Limited and the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
hereby enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute an Agreement dated July 22nd 1974
between Bramalea Consolidated Developments
Limited and the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this 1(? day of 1974
