Being a by-law to adopt Amendment 00 ?6
No. ! 12 of the Official Plan for
the Town of Pickering District
Planning Area, Region of Durham.
WHER-:AS an Official Plan for the Town of Pickering District
Planning Area, Region of Durham, was prepared by the Planning
Board of the form=s Township of Pickering, in accordance with
Section 12 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1970;
AND WHEREAS, Council of the Town of Pickering deems it expedient
to amend the said Official Plan in accordance with the
provisions of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1970;
AND WHEREAS Council has examined Amend ont. of the said
Official Plan and it is deemed expedient to adopt same;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY 1:NACTED:
