Being a by-law to authorize
the execution of an agreement
between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and Bruce R.
Russell
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute an
agreement dated the day of July, 1974, between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Bruce R.
Russell with respect to the issuance of a building
permit for Part Lot 3, of Registered Plan No. 282,
of the Town of Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in
open Council this 14 day of August, 1974.
