Being a restricted area by-law to implement
the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
deems it desirable to furtheramend the provisions of By-law
2511;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION-1:--SCHEDULE-'A'-AMENDMENTS
------------------------------
1. Schedule 'A' of By-law Number 2511 be and the same is
hereby amended by altering the Yard Storage and Heavy
Manufacturing Zone 'M2S' to READ Industrial Zone 'M2'
as shown as item 1 on Schedule 'A' attached hereto.
SECTION 2:
By-law 2511 be and the same is hereby amended only to the
extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this
by-law.
SECTION 3:
No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to
such approval, the By-law shall take effect from the date
of passing thereof.
