BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of a Site Plan Agreement
between Bay Square Limited and the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
hereby enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized
to execute a Site Plan Agreement dated
July 2, 1974, between Bay Square Limited
and the Corporation of the Town of Pickering.
By-Law read a first, second and third time and passed
in open Council this I day of k , 1974.
