Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of a Site Plan Agreement
between Park Forest Estates Limited
and the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
hereby enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized
to execute a Site Plan Agreement dated
July 2, 1974, between Park Forest Estates
Limited and the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed
in open Council this day of L? , 1974.
