A By-law of the Corporation of the Town, of
Pickeri.nq Lo levy such rates agaCnst all the
assessed properties in the Tows: of Pickering
as will be required to operate the various
Public, Separate and High Schools under_
jurisdiction of the Durham Region Roman Catholic
Separate School Board and the Durham Region
Board of Education, and to pay the Debentures
and Interest falling due for Schools in the
your 1974.
WHEREAS various Public, Separate and. High Schools tinder
jurisdiction of the Durham Region Roman Catholic Separate
School Board and the Durham Region Board of Education
have requisitioned Council for certain sums of money to
operats their schools for the year 1974 and the debentures
falling due in 1974:
BE IT TP.ERUTORL ENACTED by the municipal Council of the
Town of Pickering:
1. THAT there be raised, levied and collected from and
upon all the rateable property in th Town of Pickering
the rates and sums set out in Sched"In "A" a.tVabs3
hereto.
READ a first, second and third time and PASSED in open
Council this day of L , 1974.
