A By-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to appoint
Fenceviewers for the Town of
Pickering.
WHEREAS R.S.O. 1970 C.284, Sect. 352, Sub-Sect. 63
authorized the appointment of certain officers for the purposes
of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Pickering deems
it necessary to have Fenceviewers;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Town of Pickering:
1. THAT the following named persons be and they are hereby
appointed Fenceviewers of the Town of Pickering:
Fred Puckrin
Paul Wellman
Arthur A. Palk
Harold Mitchell
Donald Jamieson
2. THAT the Fenceviewers appointed heretofore shall continue
to hold office as such respectively after the expiration
of the year 1975 until such time as their successors shall
have been appointed in the year 1976.
The fee for each fenceviewing inspection shall be $15.00 and
15fi per mile for mileage travelled necessarily on Town business.
By-law Number 4295/73 of the Township of Pickering be and the
same is hereby repealed.
